Every magnetic kid’s art frame is crafted with care to help families, teachers, and little artists proudly display their creativity.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

You may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The kids’ art display frame is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your replacement or refund approval.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🧩 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged by misuse, accidental drops, or improper installation

  • Customized or personalized frames (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

If your frame arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

We will gladly send a replacement.

💬 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

📦 Return Shipping

Before returning any item, please contact us for the correct return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To ensure fast processing, please include:

  • Reason for return or the item you'd like in exchange

Processing may take 7–14 days once your return is received.
